Mission, Vision and Values

Mission

The mission of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Seville is to meet the health demands of today's society through the training of health professionals. This objective will be carried out using criteria of excellence, both in the humanistic field, as well as in clinical and translational research, through the teaching and professional development of the agents involved in the degrees taught.

It is therefore essential that students actively acquire the knowledge, competencies, skills, attitudes and values necessary to achieve a solid professional training in various health care settings. Furthermore, we consider it an essential goal for the Faculty of Medicine to develop high quality research, which promotes the generation and dissemination of knowledge for the benefit of society as a whole.
