Every year, the University of Seville organizes the Student Fair, an event that brings together thousands of young people interested in learning firsthand about our academic programs, services, and everything involved in being part of our university community.
This event is designed for both those approaching the university for the first time to begin undergraduate studies and those wishing to continue their education with postgraduate studies.
Through activities, talks, and information booths, the Fair helps attendees make academic decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
If you are a student at the University of Seville, you can participate in the Fair as a student volunteer at your school or faculty's booth. A call for applications detailing how to participate is published for this purpose; here is a summary:
- You can apply for one of the student volunteer positions offered by your school (up to a maximum of 20 spots per school). If your school offers multiple degree programs, the spots will be distributed among them.
- To participate, you must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or double degree program at the corresponding school, preferably in the later years of study.
- If selected, you will assist at the booth assigned to your school or service and help with support tasks during the event's preparation and execution.
- The maximum time commitment is 25 hours.
- At the end of the Fair, the person in charge at your school will send a report to the Vice-Rectorate for Students and University Life detailing the number of hours you completed.
- Your participation may be recognized with up to 1 ECTS credit (equivalent to 25 hours), or a proportional amount based on your time commitment, with a minimum of 0,4 ECTS credits (10 hours).
